Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources, a leading mining company located in Pretoria, Gauteng, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team. This full-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist in addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Assist in maintaining client records and updating relevant information in the database - Support the Client Service Manager in various administrative tasks - Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in client servicing - Contribute to the overall success of the client service department by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a background in customer service is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and organization - Must be willing to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
