Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, assisting with client onboarding, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess strong negotiation and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Assist with client onboarding, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients. - Assist with the development and implementation of client service strategies to drive business growth. - Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a similar role. - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. - Strong negotiation and research skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
