Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate at Netcare in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This full-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and individuals who are motivated, independent, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the process and ensuring a seamless transition - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, showcasing the value of our services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a client-facing role is preferred
