Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at Netcare. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure optimal performance - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with other departments to address client issues and escalate as needed - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client needs - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Monitor team KPIs and set goals for continuous improvement
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and exceeding performance targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Driven and reliable with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Persuasion skills and time management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
