Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Clicks Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.


As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Your duties will include:


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to address them - Managing client onboarding and training processes - Handling client inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitoring client satisfaction and implementing strategies to improve retention rates - Providing regular reports and updates to management on client performance and feedback


Requirements:


- 6+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client satisfaction goals - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
