Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at Standard Bank Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals who possess leadership skills and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. 3. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to meet customer needs. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2. 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 8. Strong leadership and time management skills.
