Contact Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Contact Center Representative to join our team at Adcock Ingram in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance with orders - Managing and updating customer databases with accurate information - Collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs and resolve complex issues - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Contributing to the overall success of the contact center team
