Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: Bidcorp is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Soweto, Gauteng, with a full-time schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and targets - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet quality assurance standards and KPIs set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered - Work with a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Driven and motivated to meet and exceed targets - Proficient in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
