Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Mr Price Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints with empathy and understanding - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Energetic and able to handle a fast-paced work environment - Strong people management and adaptability skills - Must be independent and able to prioritize tasks effectively
