Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues - Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
