Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team at Bidvest Group in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while representing our company in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information about products and services. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and according to company policies. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist with inventory management and product updates as needed. 8. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to better serve customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
