Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Tiger Brands in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Processing orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements as needed - Assisting with sales and marketing activities as required

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Planning and organizational skills - Passion for providing outstanding customer service - Adaptability to changing situations and environments
