Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Distell Group in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer orders, processing payments, and coordinating shipments - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the database - Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Monitoring customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements to management

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
