Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Distell Group in Soweto, Gauteng. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person 2. Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers 3. Handling customer complaints and finding effective resolutions 4. Providing product information and assistance to customers 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Monitoring customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements 8. Providing administrative support to the customer service team 9. Keeping abreast of company products and services to better assist customers 10. Upholding company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 2 years of experience in customer service 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong problem-solving abilities 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 6. Resilient and adaptable personality traits 7. Soft skills in adaptability and research 8. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
