Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Multichoice Group is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and in person. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assisting customers with product information, billing inquiries, and account management. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Leadership and planning skills. 7. Must be driven and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
