MTN South Africa is seeking a driven and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of knowledge about company products and services - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
