Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cell C in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Utilize leadership skills to assist and train new team members. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
