Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a confident and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Discovery Limited in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 3. Provide information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and features. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Utilize project management skills to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Display emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to ensure positive outcomes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7.
