Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Multichoice Group is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, this role does not require previous experience, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures. 7. Generate sales leads and identify opportunities for upselling products or services. 8. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Hardworking and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and plan accordingly. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
