Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Utilize empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs - Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards customers and colleagues - Stay informed about Hilton's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proven decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
