Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist with customer onboarding and implementation processes - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong cooperation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of customer success principles and practices
