Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Massmart Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, conducting regular check-ins to monitor their progress, and providing training and support as needed. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to maximize customer retention and revenue.

To succeed in this role, you must be energetic and resourceful, able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong research and negotiation skills are essential for effectively addressing customer needs and concerns.
