Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team at Absa Group Limited. As a Customer Success Officer, you will work remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Understand customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions and support accordingly - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments - Conduct research to understand market trends and customer preferences - Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure customer success and satisfaction - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty - Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction


Requirements: - Confident and independent with the ability to work remotely - Strong strategic planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
