Multichoice Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support and guidance on our products and services. Your main goal will be to drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations - Address customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Gather feedback from customers to help improve our offerings and processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resilient and adaptable to changing customer needs and demands - Ability to think innovatively and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience
