Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations for product or service enhancements. 5. Develop and maintain customer success metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies. 6. Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products or services. 7. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition to our platform. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of 3+ years in customer success or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 8. Strong people management and planning skills.
