Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at Sasol in Pretoria, Gauteng, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support, and ultimately driving customer loyalty and retention.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges - Provide training and guidance on product usage and best practices - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with all types of personalities - Highly adaptable and resilient in challenging situations - Innovative mindset and strong time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
