Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Netcare is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively monitor customer accounts, identify issues, and work towards resolution - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value - Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes and strategies - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think strategically and develop long-term relationships with customers - High emotional intelligence and empathy for customer needs - Previous experience in customer success or a related field - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
