Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and passionate Customer Support Associate to join our team at Alexander Forbes in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity in the CRM system. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes and procedures. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer support experience and recommend solutions. 7. Contribute to team projects and initiatives, demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities. 7. Confidence and passion for providing excellent customer service.
