Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Work from home

We are currently seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Associate to join our team at Sasol. This is a full-time remote position, based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals - Assist in training new team members as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
