Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Cell C is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is a work from home position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Strong planning and organizational skills
