Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Sasol is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles and possess exceptional leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of service is provided. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in products and services. 4. Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet company standards for customer support. 5. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer support metrics. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 9. Willingness to relocate to Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA if necessary.
