Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Absa Group Limited. This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in customer support processes - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer support performance


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work independently - Strong presentation skills and a knack for problem-solving - Proficiency in customer support technologies and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
