Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

The Foschini Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for a resourceful and driven individual who possesses strong strategic planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify customer trends and provide feedback to improve our products and services - Assist in training new customer support team members

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - No prior experience required, training will be provided
