Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution 5. Update customer records and information accurately in the CRM system 6. Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 9. Assist in training new customer support team members 10. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough research 4. Ability to adapt to changing environments and multitask effectively 5. Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite 8. Associate degree or equivalent experience required
