Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


MTN Group is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide information to customers about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
