Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Our company, Adcock Ingram, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and driven, with excellent project management and planning skills. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our clients. You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders and managing returns - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
