Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about our products, services, and policies to customers - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and communicate trends in customer issues to management - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
