Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Pick n Pay Stores is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 4. Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy. 5. Must be reliable and resourceful in finding solutions for customers. 6. Persuasion skills to engage with customers and drive positive outcomes.
