Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Foschini Group in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Provide product information, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed - Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve customer service skills
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask - Resourceful and passionate about helping customers - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong strategic planning skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
