Job Description - Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


As the Live Chat Manager at Sanlam in Soweto, Gauteng, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat function within the company. This role requires a motivated and resilient individual with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The Live Chat Manager will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and cooperation with team members.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat representatives to ensure timely and quality service delivery - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide training and ongoing support to live chat representatives


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience with live chat software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
