Remote Live Chat Representative

Remgro is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a full-time entry level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support through chat. You will be expected to answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will need to accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed.
