Live Chat Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative at Multichoice Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time entry-level position for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Proactively engage customers to upsell products and services 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits 2. Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills 3. Excellent written communication skills 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Fluent in English and an additional language is a plus
