Online Account Support Representative

As an Online Account Support Representative at Anglo American Platinum in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online account holders. This entry-level position is perfect for a resourceful and confident individual with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels including email, chat, and phone to assist with account-related inquiries and issues - Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may encounter - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers to increase revenue - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the online account user experience - Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills to lead projects and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using CRM software - A proactive approach to customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
