Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Investec is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Assistant in our Pretoria, Gauteng location. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with any issues they may have and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Conduct research to resolve customer concerns or complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Passion for helping others and solving problems - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in conducting research - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent
