Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

AngloGold Ashanti, a leading global mining company, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Assisting customers with online transactions, account management, and technical issues - Researching and providing accurate information to customers on products, services, and company policies - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of adaptability to navigate various systems and tools efficiently

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach - Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and procedures - Proficient in using online platforms and applications - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
