Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Discovery Limited is seeking a highly skilled Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online call center operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the online call center. - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the call center staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software. - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. - Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
