Online Call Center Officer

Sanlam is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 4. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide accurate and timely information. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Experience with call center software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
