Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Barloworld in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers - Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Conducting research to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Managing various projects to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Proficiency in using online communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Project management skills to coordinate various initiatives - Motivated and energetic attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
