Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Representative in Cape Town, Western Cape. Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize strong negotiation skills to handle customer requests and concerns. 4. Display leadership qualities when handling difficult customer situations and providing guidance to junior team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. 6. Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and follow-up actions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Work independently to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
