Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Gold Fields, a leading mining company in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients through various communication channels. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. 3. Create and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor client feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth. 7. Develop and execute online client engagement campaigns to drive revenue and enhance brand loyalty. 8. Provide regular reports and updates on client relations activities to senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online client relations or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent presentation skills and strong decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and online communication platforms. 7. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
